Farah Rouhi Al-Zayed’s journey in interior design began with an early passion for beauty, detail, and the impact of space on people’s lives. Guided by that passion, she chose to turn her interest into a clear academic and professional path by studying Interior Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Interior Design, at An-Najah National University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2019. In the same year, she began her professional career, building a journey shaped by education, practical experience, and a clear design vision.

Farah believes that interior design is not only about creating beautiful spaces, but about shaping a way of life that is reflected in every corner of a place. For her, each project is a space that carries the personality of its owners and deserves a unique design approach that brings together beauty, function, and identity. Her vision is rooted in creating balanced, warm, and practical spaces, with close attention to the details that make a real difference in the overall experience of a place.

Farah’s design style is based on achieving a thoughtful balance between simplicity and luxury, practicality and warmth, while preserving a clear identity for every project. She believes that successful design combines visual comfort, functional quality, and an elegant presence that leaves a lasting impression. This approach has given her work a refined and distinctive character, allowing each project to truly reflect its users rather than simply appear beautiful.

An Integrated Academic and Professional Background

Alongside her professional work, Farah continues to develop her academic knowledge. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Interior Design at An-Najah National University, Department of Interior Design. She also works as a part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts, which adds an academic dimension to her professional experience and keeps her closely connected to contemporary ideas and evolving concepts in the field of interior design.

The Beginning of Farah Design Interior Design Office

In 2021, Farah Design Interior Design Office was established out of a clear desire to build a professional space that reflects this vision and translates it into real projects. The journey began in a small office, and in 2023, the office moved into a larger space, reflecting the growth of the practice and the increasing trust in its work and expertise.

Projects That Reflect Presence and Distinction

Throughout her career, Farah has worked on the design and execution of a wide range of residential and commercial projects across Palestine, including homes, commercial spaces, kitchens, villas, landscapes, and offices. Among the well-known projects that carry her signature are Ajeenati Bakery – Ramallah, Helwa Center Clothing Stores – Ramallah, and the South African Institution Office – Ramallah, in addition to many other residential and commercial projects that reflect the diversity of her experience and her ability to work across different styles and spaces.

Today

Today, Farah Rouhi Al-Zayed continues her journey through Farah Design Interior Design Office with a vision that brings together professionalism, elegance, and a deep understanding of each client’s needs. In every project, she aims to deliver a complete design experience that begins with an idea and evolves into a space with its own identity, one that truly reflects its owners and gives them a sense of beauty, comfort, and belonging.
